INTRUDER / MONITORED ALARMS
Complete Security 365 are fully qualified and insured experts in designing, installing and maintaining wired and wireless intruder alarm systems.
HKC is the brand of security system we use for all of our intruder alarms. HKC are an Irish company and over the last two decades are the market leader in the Irish home/business security market.
Installation
The installation involves fitting sensors to windows to detect forced entry or breakage, installing movement sensors internally, installation of the main intruder control panel with key pad, internal siren and an external siren that flashes, and connecting the power supply with a battery back up in case of power failure.
Monitoring
Once installed you can self-monitor your home or business at all times using the HKC SecureComm app from your phone. Additionally once the system is installed we also offer monitoring and maintenance or you can choose your own monitoring packages from companies such as G4S and Smart Monitoring, offering you complete peace of mind.

CCTV SYSTEMS
Need to get CCTV cameras installed in at your home or business? Complete Security 365 are fully experienced in designing, installing and maintaining analogue and IP CCTV systems. The process is similar to that of installing an intruder alarm in that we will carry out a system design, survey and quote. Once your CCTV cameras and system are installed we will issue you with a certificate.
Recording & Monitoring
In terms when we arrive to fit a cctv system and because the system as been designed prior to commencing work on site the camera’s are wired from each position back to a central point where the DVR is located and generally a monitor. We can send the picture around to various tv’s through out a house. There is also a app that can be used to view live streams of our cctv systems. The system is then handed over to the customer. CCTV systems can be connected to monitoring centres also like intruder alarm systems.
TYPE OF CCTV: ANALOGUE OR IP?
Analogue
Cameras on an modern analog CCTV system send their video in the traditional base band format over coax or UTP cabling back to a digital video recorder (DVR). Here, video is digitized and stored on hard drives. Most modern DVRs are a network device, and as such can be accessed remotely from the LAN, or with the proper configuration, from across a WAN or the internet. There are no tapes to change. Video is kept on hard drives, typically on a FIFO basis so there is always a rolling video archive of the past X days. So, despite the fact that video is being transmitted from the cameras in an analog format, live and recorded video is still available over the network.
IP
IP video cameras broadcast their video as a digital stream over an IP network. Like an analog system, video is recorded on hard drives, but since the video is an IP stream straight from the camera, there is more flexibility as to how and where that video is recorded. The DVR is replaced with an NVR (network video recorder), which in some cases is just software since it doesn’t need to convert analog to digital. Video footage can then be stored on new or existing network RAID drives as directed by the NVR software.
ACCESS CONTROL
Access control can be used on a number of entrances and exits from apartment blocks to office blocks to gaining entry or exit through security gates or barriers in car parks.
Generally a key pad or key fob is used. Again these systems can all be monitored and controlled via a central hub on site or remotely off site and our team of fully qualified electricians can get your system up and running safely and securely.
SECURITY LIGHTING
Security lighting is to be installed by a qualified electrician. Security lighting is an essential consideration in the overall security solution for the protection of homes, commercial, industrial and community properties to deter criminal activities and improve safety. There is generally a master control switch inside the premises which can over ride security lights positioned around the perimeter of the premises you are protecting.
The security lights can then be controlled manually or triggered by PIR’s located around the premises that pick up movement, connected into your intruder alarm system and can also be controlled from a central monitoring station in conjunction with your intruder and cctv systems.
SECURITY GATES
At Complete Security 365 we’ll get your security gates operating properly. Our skilled electricians will connect the power supply and communication devices, install all the motors and the safety points on the gates so the gates do not close of people or objects.
We can work along side metal fabricators and joiners to ensure the gates operate fully and add even more security to your home or business.
